Spinach and Chicken Breast Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients for Spinach and Chicken Breast Stir-fry: Spinach 200g, Chicken Breast 150g, Carrot 60g, Onion 10g, Ginger 2 slices, Garlic 3 cloves, Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon, Cooking Wine 1 tablespoon, Starch 1 tablespoon, Black Pepper 2g, Salt 1g.
Method:


Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into pieces, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of starch, and 2 grams of black pepper. Mix well with your hands and marinate for 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell and add a base flavor.


Step 2: Chop the green onions, ginger, and garlic, and set aside.


Step 3: Clean the spinach thoroughly and drain the water.


Step 4: Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of cooking oil and an appropriate amount of salt. Blanch the spinach for about 1 minute to remove oxalic acid.

Step 6: When the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken breast and stir-fry until slightly yellow.

Step 8: Finally, add the blanched spinach. Since the chicken has been marinated, taste and decide whether to add more salt according to your preference.


Step 9: Stir-fry evenly, drizzle in half a tablespoon of fragrant vinegar, and the dish is ready to be served.
