Method: Step 1: Ingredients include 50g glutinous rice, 25g lily bulbs, 15g red beans, 15g soybeans, 15g green beans, 15g black beans, 15g Job’s tears, 15g peanuts, 15g lotus seeds, 15g black sesame seeds, 15g red goji berries, 15g black goji berries, 4 jujubes, 4 chestnuts, 5g dried tangerine peel, brown sugar as needed, and water as needed. Step 2: Place all the beans, rice, and lily bulbs in a large bowl, rinse briefly with water to remove surface dust.
Step 3: Scrub the jujubes in water to remove surface dust and sand. Step 4: Remove the shell and inner membrane of the chestnuts.
