Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Green Beans:
Pork belly 150g, Green beans 20, Cooking oil 1 tablespoon, Light soy sauce 3 tablespoons, Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons, Green onions a pinch, Ginger 2 slices.



Method:


Step 1: Clean the green beans and split the long ones in half. Slice the green onions and ginger, and cut the pork belly into slices. Set aside.


Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add green onions and ginger, and fry until fragrant. Add pork belly and stir-fry over low heat to release the fat. Increase heat and add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, then add green beans and stir-fry for one minute.


Step 3: Add water to the pan until it reaches two-thirds of the height of the ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Cover and bring to a boil.


Step 4: Once the sauce in the pan has thickened, stir well and serve.
