Method: Step 1: Prepare chicken breast, green and red bell peppers, roasted peanuts, and ginger. Step 2: Clean the chicken, ginger, and bell peppers, then cut them and set aside. Step 3: Marinate the chicken with salt, starch, and cooking wine, then set aside. Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the chicken, then remove from the pan and set aside.
