Steps for Braised Perch: Step 1: Choose a lively and energetic perch. Step 2: Clean the fish thoroughly and massage it with salt to make the fish meat more tender and delicious. Step 3: Prepare the ingredients, after the ‘spa’ add light soy sauce and cooking wine to marinate for 15 minutes.
