Ingredients for the delicious dish:
Pork belly 200g, Garlic sprouts 100g, Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon, Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon, Cooking wine 1 tablespoon, Cornstarch 1 tablespoon, Minced garlic 5g, Dried red chili 2-3, Salt to taste, Cooking oil 1 tablespoon.
Step 1: Slice the pork belly and marinate it with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for five minutes.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, pour in the marinated pork strips and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and dried red chili to sauté until fragrant.
Step 4: Add garlic sprouts to the pan and stir-fry. Then, add the cooked pork strips and a pinch of salt. Stir everything well until cooked through.
Step 5: As the weather cools down, enjoying a hot meal in the evening is truly comforting and blissful.
