Nourishing Tricolor Noodle Recipe

Ingredients for Nourishing Tricolor Noodles: 100g yam and pumpkin noodles, 100g fresh shrimp, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 lettuce, 1 egg, 50g yellow enoki mushrooms.
Steps for making Nourishing Tricolor Noodles:


Step 1: Fry a golden egg.


Step 2: Halve the cherry tomatoes and sauté them in the oil used for frying the egg to release a rich red juice.


Step 3: Boil a handful of yellow yam and pumpkin noodles in water, then place them in a bowl.


Step 4: Clean the fresh shrimp until they shine.


Step 5: Place four bowls of water in a pot, add your preferred soup seasoning (chosen are instant noodle seasoning and broth seasoning), and bring to a boil over high heat.


Step 6: Add the cleaned yellow enoki mushrooms.


Step 7: Add the fresh shrimp.


Step 8: Add the green lettuce leaves.


Step 9: After two minutes, turn off the heat. Before turning off, drizzle a little soy sauce and sesame oil.
