Sauerkraut Stir-Fried Beef Recipe

Ingredients for Sauerkraut Stir-Fried Beef: Beef 150g, Ginger 3 slices, thinly shredded, Sour Beans a little, Small Red Peppers 3, Bean Paste (any sauce will do) 1 teaspoon, Cooking Wine, Soy Sauce, Oil, Salt to taste.
Method:

1. Ginger and small red peppers are chopped. I prefer to cut the chili peppers smaller to make the spiciness more pronounced.

2. Sour beans are cut like this. Limited to one person’s meal, to make it look more, I cut them smaller, haha, isn’t it said that a chef with good knife skills can make three dishes from a single leaf?

3. Beef is cut into large pieces.

4. Put it in a machine to mince.

5. The smaller, the more flavorful. Don’t worry about them being too small when cooking; they will clump together.

6. Add soy sauce (light soy sauce), cooking wine, oil, and 1 teaspoon of bean paste to marinate. While marinating, you can prepare another dish.

7. Dry the pan to prevent splattering.

8. First, fry ginger and small red peppers until fragrant.

9. Add beef and stir-fry until it changes color. Add a little salt; the bean paste already has salt, so be sparing with the salt, or taste it and if it’s enough, you don’t need to add more.

10. Pour in the sauerkraut and stir-fry. Before serving, add a splash of mineral water (any drinkable water will do) to the pan.

11. Cook until done and serve. It’s incredibly delicious!
