– Pork belly 300g


– Spicy cabbage (with juice) 220g

– White sugar a pinch


– Light soy sauce to taste


– Garlic sprouts 1 stalk

1. Slice the pork belly.


2. Cut the garlic sprouts and spicy cabbage into sections.

4. Stir-fry the pork belly in the pan until the edges are slightly charred.
