Spicy Chicken Diced with Sichuan Peppercorns Recipe

Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Diced with Sichuan Peppercorns: Chicken breast 360g, Green bell pepper as needed, Red bell pepper as needed, Roasted peanuts 150g, Cooking oil as needed.
Method: Step 1: Prepare chicken breast, green and red bell peppers, roasted peanuts, and ginger. Step 2: Clean the chicken, ginger, and bell peppers, then cut them and set aside. Step 3: Marinate the chicken with salt, starch, and cooking wine, then set aside. Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the chicken, then remove from the pan and set aside. Step 5: Use the remaining oil in the pan to sauté ginger until fragrant. Step 6: Add green and red bell peppers, and stir-fry. Step 7: Add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry. Step 8: Pour in the previously stir-fried chicken, and stir-fry. Step 9: Drizzle in soy sauce to adjust the flavor. Step 10: Pour in roasted peanuts, and stir-fry for 1 minute before serving.


Cooking Tips: 1. It is advisable to consume no more than 100 grams of peanuts per day. 2. Roasted or deep-fried peanuts are hot and dry in nature, so they should not be consumed in excess. 3. Patients with gallbladder inflammation, hyperlipidemia, and gout should avoid eating chicken. 4. Chicken should not be consumed with carp, garlic, or rabbit meat.
