Ingredients for Spicy Stir-Fried Pork: Salt 1g, Green and Red Chili Peppers 20, Vinegar 2 tablespoons, Water 2 tablespoons, Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon, Pork 250g, Garlic Clove 1 large, Garlic Greens 2 stalks, Vegetable Oil as needed, Baijiu as needed.
Method: Step 1 – Clean and cut the ingredients. Step 2 – Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add slices of fatty pork to render out excess oil. Add lean pork and salt, stir-fry for 1 minute. Step 3 – Add chili peppers and garlic, stir-fry without overcooking the peppers. Add soy sauce, a few drops of baijiu, and a few teaspoons of water. Step 4 – At the end, add garlic green sections and stir-fry briefly. Step 5 – A simple Spicy Stir-Fried Pork dish.
